I Insist

"I insist."

J. placed the documents on the table and handed a pen to M. "I'm not entirely sure if I want to, or if I'm able to sign this," M. admitted. "It's the right thing to do," J. asserted. The two locked eyes for a brief moment. Suddenly, there was a knock at the door, followed by it swinging open. A young woman entered, announcing, "J., the dough has arrived. There's enough to cover the principal, interest, and expenses." J. turned to M. once more and said, "It's been a pleasure doing business with you."
